This text is a base template and is subject to legal review before launch. It describes AppDash's intended practices, but it does not replace a policy reviewed by professionals.

This Privacy Policy describes how AppDash collects, uses and protects your information when you use the service, and what your rights are.

Data we collect

Account: your email, used for magic link authentication and to send the reports you choose to receive.
Apps and integrations: the data for the apps you register (name, icon, store identifiers, currency) and the integration settings (GA4 Property ID, Discord webhook).
Metrics: your app metrics obtained from Google Analytics 4, shown on the dashboard and in the reports.
Site analytics: on our public marketing pages we use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and how the site is used. These cookies only load after you accept them in the consent banner; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

How we use the data

We use your data to authenticate access, display your app metrics and send the automated reports to email and Discord according to your configuration. We do not sell your data.

Sharing

We share data only with the services required for the product to work — such as Google Analytics (the source of the metrics) and Discord (when you configure report delivery) — and with the members you add to your apps.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data and turn off report delivery at any time. To exercise these rights, get in touch with us.
